Growth Advisor provides a profit optimization platform for North American SMBs — including business diagnostics, AI-powered advisory tools, cash flow modeling, team task management, and related advisory services. By signing up or making a purchase, you're agreeing to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
Our platform is designed for businesses generating between $250K and $10M in annual revenue in Canada and the United States.
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please let us know right away at hello@growthadvisor.app if someone else accesses your account without your permission.
We are not responsible for anything that happens due to unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You can use our services for your own personal or business purposes. You cannot:
Everything on our website and platform — including text, images, tools, branding, methodologies, the Optimization Compounding Formula, and all diagnostic frameworks — belongs to Growth Advisor or our content partners.
You're welcome to use the platform and its outputs for your own business purposes, but please don't reproduce, share, or distribute our content, frameworks, or tools without asking us first.
If you purchase a membership or subscription, you agree to pay the fees listed at the time your membership begins. Prices are in CAD or USD as displayed at checkout and may change with advance notice.
Membership pricing is tiered based on your current annual revenue level, beginning at $497/month. Your membership begins only after a verified 15% or greater improvement in net profit has been documented in your P&L.
You pay nothing until your results are verified. Full refund terms are available in our Refund Policy.
We do our best to provide accurate, helpful information and tools, but we cannot guarantee specific results from using our services. Individual outcomes vary based on business size, industry, starting financials, and the quality of implementation by your team.
Our content and advisory tools are for informational and operational guidance purposes. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice. Please consult qualified professionals for matters specific to your situation.
If something goes wrong, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use our services.
Some regions do not allow these limitations, so local laws may apply to you.
You can stop using our services and cancel your membership at any time. We may also suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. When an account is closed, your access to the platform ends at the conclusion of your current billing period.
Any data you've generated within the platform may be requested for export within 30 days of account closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. If a dispute arises, we'll first try to resolve it directly. If that doesn't work, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Ontario.
